
Raemy is a fluent French speaker and has in the past worked on a number of high profile European deals including the financial modelling of the Co-operative Group’s acquisition of Somerfield using sensitivity scenarios to allow lenders to gain comfort with associated risk. Raemy also analysed the Hilton Group’s sale of Hilton Hotels Ltd to Hilton Corporation in the US and the subsequent rebranding of the remaining UK Group as Ladbrokes to provide management and lenders a tool to assess various financing options.
More recently, through Forward Financials, Raemy has produced detailed forecasts for corporate clients as far afield as Monaco and has used her considerable experience in the analysis of owner-managed businesses and middle market corporates to provide business plans, bespoke financial forecast models and due diligence so her SME clients can assess and secure lucrative business contracts and obtain funding for growth.

Experience includes the modelling of Land Trillium, running sensitivities, instigating covenants and providing a lending risk report and grade based on its split from the wider Land Securities Group. Delphine was also the senior analyst responsible for Ferrovial/BAA, modelling sale scenarios and analysing cash flow.
Delphine has considerable experience as a lending decision maker within bank central lending units sanctioning requests for start-ups, SMEs and commercial businesses. She has also directly relationship managed her own regional portfolio of clients. Her extensive banking knowledge, analytical expertise and accounting background provide her with comprehensive skills in business assessment.
Based in Cambridgeshire, she now helps SMEs improve cash flow and grow through a better understanding of their business, improved budgeting, forecasting and due diligence. She also works closely with large corporates, such as St Andrew’s Healthcare, building tailored forecasting models that really meet their needs.
